A bear totem often guides to assume a role of leadership. It also encourages developing natural abilities in healing. Following bear medicine will lead to greater balance in body, mind and spirit.

We had a bear visit us yesterday. With the particular heat under the full moon and summer solstice, it is no surprise that the bear smelled the week-old suet by my feeders.

Iset about to see what the myths and legends say about bears to add flavor to my experience. This page by LadyinBlack was brought to my attention. Interestingly enough, I am currently in a business stats class where leadershipis always a discussion point, especially in our small group project teams.
