Recruiting is a fine trade. It needs to be better. There are several options for filling the gap. One is to buy my resume generator so that when you need a taxonomist, you pull up all the things I did related to that topic. More than likely there are many! Another thing you can do is get to know your capital, in this case the people you might want to recruit.. Know the many shades of them!! For real. Thanks! p.s. The person this conversation came up with originally is one of my top 2 favorite recruiters ever.... but the buzz word game needs help.

The clear difference now seems to be their background of experience.. Did they grow up in mainframe with SQL and Data Architects? Or did they hang out with web design teams? Or did they get lucky enough to work with the folks shaking up the assumptions of business and architecting new strategies for making work better?"
