Wow. My dearest friend in Budo just laughed at me for unbottling a year's worth of excuses for not training. I'm so grateful. I laugh to because it must have been pretty funny. Well as my ex so not-so-politely said to me not so long ago, "It's all about you, isn't it?" Well no, it hasn't been, clearly, but it ought to be! hee hee. So I use this break from close "initmacy" to rediscover myself and do what I need to do so eventually I will be ready to give myself to real intimacy.

Good advice from my neighbor at work, "Go forward don't go backward." Regarding his relationship with his wife and his life in general, "this is what life should be like."
