Instrumental Tango

I have been listening to Yo Yo Ma's classical rendition of some famous tangos. This has provided the calming, focused effect of classical, and the inspiration and smiles from tango music!

This musical choice has been an ideal respite during my adjustment to extra hours and changing dinner hours on my current project.

My project manager and I have been chatting about Yoga. He wsays he practices daily, and what with the extra pain from eating salty pretzels for dinner and lime tostitos during tv, the yoga is and would be a great help. I admit to doing a few moves in the mornings as I try to regain mobility upon waking. The extra water I have been drinking apparently is not enough when coupled with the extra coffee, glass and a half of red wine, and drying fall weather. My blood pressure has been up. Not sure if it's the frustrating conditions on the project or the salt, or both, but the time is now for changing the direction of my habits!

That seems to be the key, nudging ones bad habits towards good habits. Find your self oscillating? Somewhat normal. Try balancing yourself out, tell yourself it's common so you don't beat yourself up about it, and practice 2 good things today which you would like to someday see has habit.

Love and double happiness,
Kate
