Courtesy of: Forward and Back Buttons in JavaScriptOkay, you can swap out the history.back() function above with one of the following to do some different things:

history.forward()
This will take the viewer one step forward in their history list.

history.go(-1) or history.go(1)
This allows you to determine how far forward or back to take the viewer. Use a minus sign and a number to go back, or just a number to go forward.

You can define an html tag, without a class, eg. h1 (color: #336699; font margins etc.}

OR you can define a class, such as "menu-header" that you would use with a span or div tag.

OR you can define a special instance of a tag, eg h1.header just for a certain section of the page or site.
