Found a chat client called Trillian (downloads.com) for Windows that claims to support all 4 of my chat clients. Since you, my friends, won't change, perhaps it is time for me to do so *wink*. But I need to keep my eyes open for "spyware" I want to know who I am sending what and when! Happy playing.

intruiging site designlucille's resume
I was looking for a spin off on Tai Chi, but what I found is one of those incredibly put together sites... I love the faded text and reuse of sea blue...still exploring...Might be one for the great design list if it functions well.tom chi

intruiging... Web Plan Kit
Hey everyone, I recently installed a program called Pest Patrol that was offered with Zone Alarm's firewall software. Pest Pratrol revealed umpteen instances fo Gator which apparently got installed whne I installed a date calendar (which I DID really like by the way. Well I uninstalled the calendar, but Gator remains. Now I am not fully against having a sign up site that will train itself as I plow through ITS OWN SITE, but to discover that this Gator software has been the main cause of the popup hell I have been experiencing lately is to much. REad some more, then let News Publishers, Gator Settle Suit Publishers claimed that users often do not know they have OfferCompanion on their computer, mistakenly believing the pop-up ads come from the site they are visiting.

More about Lift at UsableNet's own site: LIFT for Macromedia® Dreamweaver® - UsableNet Top 9 Features
Good snowy morning!
Lift for Dreamweaver
I recently learned about a new program that works with Dreamweaver. A friend is using it to improve his home web business, and I didn't want to spill the beans, but now I see it written up at digital-web.com, so I figured it was fair game! *wink* So I scanned the article - it's not clear what it's primary purpose is yet, though I found this :Digital Web Magazine - UsableNet's LIFT for Macromedia Dreamweaver If your only problem is setting ALT values for images, the ALT Editor panel quickly displays all images used in the site and provides a field to enter a value for the ALT tag
Digital Web Magazine - Keep It Simple: Form follows function Why did I write this DHTML script? Because I wanted to write a DHTML script, of course. That’s not a very good reason, and I even knew it at that time but did it anyway."-Peter Paul Koch, Digital Web Design, digital-web.com

Stephen Hawking"When I have built up a sentence, I can send it to a speech synthesizer. I use a separate synthesizer, made by Speech+. It is the best I have heard, though it gives me an accent that has been described variously as Scandinavian, American or Scottish. "
Stephen Hawkins wins my All Around Web Award! (I never had one to give before, but it is crystal ;-) clear that he deserves one! By offering both graphical and textual versions of his site, it is accessible. In the graphical version the lines are clean, there is a lot of white space, and he repeats patterns of phycis symbols througout. (Click the site map and see!) He provides links in both standard image mouse overs as well a text version with css mouse overs. His use of frames is one of the best I have seen keping important stuff where you need it and letting you scroll though the well written content. Well written content! Yes that is another! Stephen I look forward to reading more about your works. I hope somedya I will have a site that you can process!! Gnight, kate Stephen Hawking
